What information is needed to establish a company in Bulgaria? In the articles on our blog we talked to you about the advantages of opening a company in Bulgaria, and what the main corporate formulas are. We have also described to you how, to set up a company in Bulgaria, it is not necessary to have acquired Bulgarian citizenship; even a citizen with Italian citizenship can open it without any limit.
In this post, however, we will briefly list the "information" necessary to open a company in Bulgaria. Company incorporation is one of the main activities of our agency, and our mission is precisely to take charge of all the administrative tasks related to this objective, leaving our clients only with the deed of signature which obviously cannot be delegated.

Why rely on a company like VR and Partners to set up a company in Bulgaria taking into account that you could do everything independently? For three main reasons: to save money (just imagine all the travel and accommodation costs), to do things sooner (we have direct contact with local administrations and native Bulgarian speaking staff) and to avoid mistakes which, being corporate documents, can cost a lot dear.
When taking on the burden of opening a company in Bulgaria on behalf of our clients, we usually collect a series of information; this is a "minimum" set of data which, however, is what, by law, we are required to provide to the Bulgarian administration (in its various entities involved) to open the company itself.

The first data to provide, obviously, is that relating to the name of the company you want to open; already in this first phase our support becomes fundamental as as a company we take it upon ourselves to check that the chosen name is not already in use as this name must be unique. We also request that the customer provide us with the amount of share capital that he wishes to pay (minimum amount 1 lev or 50 euro cents), just as we request, where the company to be opened in Bulgaria has multiple shareholder shareholders, to specify the amount of the company share that each member undertakes to pay.
During the establishment of the company in Bulgaria phase, the client must also define what the activity of this company will be in the form of its corporate purpose and the registered office; consider, with respect to this last point, that VR and Partners, among the various services offered, also offers the virtual office, which will allow you to save compared to the choice of opening a "real" office on a permanent basis.

Finally, at the time of  establishment of a company in Bulgaria the proponent or the partners must nominate a director of the company. Once this information has been collected, in a few days we are able to carry out all the administrative procedures for setting up the new company in Bulgaria.
