Whether you are a freelancer or the owner of a company, whether you deal with services or a real production activity, here are 5 reasons for you to relocate to Bulgaria.

These are advantages that we have already learned about on other occasions in this blog but which, in this post, we try to summarize for a more immediate understanding even by those who are unfamiliar with these company practices.

1) Tax pressure on companies. In Bulgaria there is a flat tax on business profits: a flat tax of 10%, among the lowest in the entire EU area. If it is not practically a "tax-free" situation, we are close, taking into account that even in Bulgaria there is the possibility of deducting all business costs and therefore the aforementioned percentage applies only to profits, i.e. to everything that remains expenses removed.

2) Pressione fiscale sulle persone fisiche.

3) EU area. Bulgaria belongs to the European Union, a fact that is not secondary especially for those involved in the production of goods. Put yourself in the shoes of someone who, for example, has a factory for the production of manufactured goods and relocates it to Bulgaria: well, even after the relocation to Bulgaria this entrepreneur will be able to continue to export his products to all the countries of the EU area without customs duties and taxes, thus maintaining competitive prices

4) Cost of labor. Speaking of competitiveness: the cost of labor in Bulgaria is a quarter of that in Italy. What does it mean? Very simple: it means that if, on average, in Italy, a worker hired legally has a monthly industrial cost of around 2500 euros, in Bulgaria this cost will be reduced to just 500 euros. And the 2000 euros thus saved? These are further margins for the entrepreneur, obviously

5) Transport. Let us return once again to the example of the entrepreneur who relocated his manufacturing company from Italy to Bulgaria. So will he want to export his products? Here too there will be no shortage of advantages: the position of this nation is in fact ideal for being able to quickly reach both the markets of Central Europe (Germany, Austria and Italy first and foremost) and the eastern ones (Russia and Turkey).
